Shower Games
Here are a few idea's on games that I've seen done. Very simple, and inexpensive.
Baby Bingo On a piece of paper, make a Bingo Box, with the "Free" space in the middle. Below the Bingo Box, ask the guests to write down in each square, a gift that they think either the Bride, or Mommy to be may receive. The guests need to do this before the presents are open. Once the gifts are unwrapped, each guest marks off the gift that was received, if that is what was written in their square. The first guest to get the tradional "Bingo" wins a prize. The Envelope Game Each guest is asked to write their "return" address on an envelope, and put it in a box. When all guests have done so, the Bride or Mommy To Be will remove an envelope from the box. That guest will win a prize, and the best of all is: the "Thank You" card envelopes are already self addressed! Can You Find A Pin In The Rice Bowl? In a small bowl, mix a box of uncooked rice and small safety pins together. Blind fold your participating guest. Give each person 30 seconds, and see how many pins in the rice they can find. The guest with the most pins wins a prize. It's much more difficult to do then it sounds. :) The Multi-Task Game This is great at a Baby Shower. Have a basket of Baby Clothing, a life size Baby Doll, a phone, and a clothes line. Your guest will be asked to hold the baby, talk on the phone, and hang the clothes. Start the stopwatch when ready. Your guest needs to talk the entire time of doing this, and don't drop the baby! The guest with the fastest time wins a prize. |
